Inlay Class this Weekend!

Curly Walnut Desk

Have you ever wondered how hard it would be to embellish your project with string inlay? How about inlaying a Texas star right in the middle of your table top? This and a whole lot more will be available to you in our one day class on inlay.

Join us this Saturday July 26th for our one day inlay course. We have just a few spots left in this great course!

I will teach you how to do string inlay, how to create a faceted Texas star. I will even show you how to make a sand shaded fan!

Sign up for the class right here and I look forward to seeing you all.

You can also read some more interesting articles on inlay right here.

I really enjoyed the weekend of courses. Sharpening was great but the inlay course was fantastic! Only one question. I can’t remember the two angles associated with the 5 pointed star. Were they 36 and 16 degrees or what? Sorry, didn’t write them down.

Hi Mark, I enjoyed having you in the class as well! Thank you for attending. The two angles for the faceted star are 18 and 36 degrees. I really should write a blog post about making the star. Stay tuned!

Yes, you should. The only thing your online students will miss would be the hand-holding! It took some to get us through. Well done though.
